After a rigorous judging process, a panel of industry specialists have selected our Kitchen Food Company own brand jams, chutneys, marmalade and Clemoncello to be presented with Gold and two Silver Awards.
Blood Orange Marmalade
Made using only the best oranges and finely sliced zest, our marmalade is simmered for 1.5 hours to release flavours and create a perfect tangy, flavourful preserve.
Serving Suggestion: Mix wholegrain mustard with this tasty marmalade and glaze over cooked gammon. Finish in the oven for 20 minutes at 175°C.
Heirloom Tomato Chutney
Full of red ripe heirloom tomatoes and spices, our award-winning tomato chutney is the perfect preserve to get those taste buds tingling.
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy layered on toasted sourdough with lashings of smashed avocado for a breakfast treat! Or serve with your favourite cheese and crackers for the ultimate cheese board.
Proper Sweet Chilli Jam
This flavour packed sweet chilli jam is one of our favourite small batch jars.
Serving Suggestion: This spicy sticky jam is delicious warmed over a pan filled with 2 cups of boiling water until loosened. Toss through sesame seeds. Cook chicken wings, or chipolatas and coat in this delicious, sweet chilli jam glaze.
Winter Cherry Jam
A Christmas favourite that we just had to keep as a staple as it tastes so great, Fresh, zingy and packed with flavour.
Serving Suggestion: Use this seasonal jam to layer in between kirsch cream and chocolate sponge to create an indulgent black forest gateau and impress your guests. Or simply lather over your favourite sourdough toasted bread and enjoy every mouthful.
Mango & Poppy Seed Chutney
Our mouth-watering mango & poppyseed chutney made from mango, ginger, chilli, and spices is a kitchen staple!
Serving Suggestion: Delicious as a condiment alongside any rice dish. Great with strong cheese, goats’ cheese or quiche. Serve with poppadom’s as a starter to your ‘at home’ curry night.
Strawberry and Rose Water Jam
Luscious, intensely fruity jam packed with strawberries and blended with rosewater. Made in small batches using the highest quality ingredients, you’ll never buy another strawberry jam after tasting this one!
Serving Suggestion: Layer on top of buttery crumpets for a sweet breakfast treat.
Our Fig Chutney
The perfect blend of fresh figs, apples, onion and spices make this a showstopper chutney! Sticky, rich and very moreish, extremely versatile and flavoursome; a must have for the kitchen cupboard!
Serving Suggestion: A well-balanced showstopper that will complement your favourite selection of cheese & Crackers for the ultimate cheese board. Warm gently in a pan with a little orange juice for a quick sauce for Roast Duck.
