Kitchen Food Company is a foodies paradise! We are a fine food delicatessen, a daytime bistro, a pavement terrace plus a great place to order posh picnics and creative party platters…

Nestled in the shopping area of Summertown, Oxford, our team of Chefs create homemade dishes daily to accompany our great cheese counter, meat chiller, cakes, coffees and extensive grocery items.

Our bistro menu is created from the dishes that we serve in our deli, giving you the chance to try with us then buy to take home on many of our lines. With over 1,500 products, you’re sure to find something for every dining occasion. Whilst our deli team create amazing grazing and mezze boards to accompany you to any event or take home with you.

We are a responsible and sustainable company, offering great homemade, local and British food & drink as well as far flung foods, all in one place.

We have over 1,500 great foods and ingredients selected because they are the best of local, British products sourced just for you.

Our range includes the Daylesford Organic farm range and Chateau Léoube organic wines.

Our coffee bar serves Easy José ethical coffees (it’s not only Ethical, it tastes great and does good too!) as well as Tregothnan English teas (yes, teas grown in the UK, I know!) to take away or drink on our terrace, together with a range of morning pastries and cakes.

If you enjoy people watching, or just want to take a break, we have the perfect spot for you.

50 seat bistro and heated terrace

Open Tues-Fri: 10am-2pm, Sat & Sun: 9am-2.30pm (Walk-ins only)

Serving morning coffees and pastries, luxurious brunches, Bucks Fizzes, Kir Royales (we make our own Kir too… it’s pretty good, but talk to customers who buy it to take home too!) relaxing lunches with wines by the glass and afternoon teas & cakes from 10am to 3pm every Wednesday to Sunday. No bookings necessary.

Our bistro is closed Mondays and Tuesdays. But our heated terrace is open Tuesday to Sunday too. Our bistro is air conditioned for the rare occasions that the British weather requires it.

Events, graze boards and more

Creating a range of spectacular graze boards and tables for 1 to 100 guests. Our boxes are perfect for picnics, birthdays young & old, celebrations and sporting events such as Ascot, Wimbledon, Henley and local sports days.
