Collection, delivery & payment
We offer free collection from our Summertown deli. Delivery is also available; see the details below.
Collection
Order by 21 December for Christmas Eve collection on 24 December, or by 28 December for New Year’s Eve collection on 31 December. New Year’s Eve, 31 December, is collection only.
Delivery
Delivery is available within 10 miles of our Summertown deli for £25. Delivery further afield may be available by individual quote. The last delivery date before Christmas is 23 December. We do not offer delivery on 31 December.
Online orders
Online orders are paid in full at checkout.
In-store and email orders
A 50% deposit is due when ordering, with the balance due seven days before collection or delivery. For orders placed within seven days of collection or delivery, payment in full is required when ordering.
Amendments
Amendments can be made up to 72 hours before collection or delivery.
Cancellations
Cancellations cannot be accepted from seven days before collection or delivery, when the final balance is due.
Set-up & staging
Set-up and staging is £100, including delivery within 10 miles. Please contact us for an individual quote for locations further away.
Canapé quantities
Canapés have a minimum order of 12 of each selection. Please use the serving guidance shown with each product.
When you book collection or delivery, our team will liaise with you to agree a preferred time window, subject to availability, ahead of the collection or delivery day.
