Orders

Age Limit

Due to the availability of alcoholic beverages with most of our products, you must be at least 18 years of age to legally place an order online.

Returns

Due to the fresh and organic nature of our produce, returns of perishable goods cannot be accepted. Should there be an incorrect or faulty item in your delivery we must be informed within 2 hours of the product being received to offer replacements or refunds. Images of defective or incorrect items will be required.

Cancellations

Unfortunately once your order is placed this is sent straight to our kitchen and we are unable to process cancellations. You are welcome to change the date of your order so long as we are told a minimum of 72 hours previous. Once a booking date has moved, we are unable to move again.


Food / Products

Allergens

Our products may contain the following allergens: celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide, sulphites and tree nuts. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee cheeses are 100% vegetarian.

Please notify us of any allergy and dietary requests at checkout, however, we cannot accommodate special allergy requests due to high risk of contamination. If you have any serious allergies, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Seasonal Produce & Supplier Availability

As our produce and garnishes are sourced weekly and can be seasonal, they are subject to availability and substitutions, due to this there may be changes in our ingredients used from season to season. We may also face supplier issues at times, and so cannot guarantee every product, such as figs, edible flowers, and honeycomb. We will always use an alternative or use more of another product to compensate.

Food Handling

When products are received, please keep chilled and consume that same day. It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of the food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 4 hours, to comply with UK food standards. By agreeing to our terms and conditions the client is agreeing to dispose of any food after this set time. Kitchen Food Company will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time. 


Delivery and Collection

Freshly prepared items are available for local delivery within 10 miles or can be collected from the Deli. If you are further than 10 miles away, please be aware that you will be responsible for collection. Alternatively, choose one of our hampers which are available for national delivery. Freshly prepared products are clearly marked as you browse our online shop.

Items are usually picked, packed and either despatched or ready for collection within 1 working day. Delivery is usually within 1 further working day. As we are closed on Monday’s, please allow 2 to 3 days for us to prepare and despatch any order placed Saturday to Monday.

  • Local delivery within a 10 mile radius: £10.00.
  • National delivery of ‘non-fresh’ items: £16.00.
  • Royal Mail tracked delivery for gift vouchers: £1.99.
  • Collection from the Deli: FREE.
